    Cheryl Pokoradi has lived in Cayman for 32 years and has over 30 years’ experience in the wine and food business. After creating her own restaurant business, Cheryl led the award-winning programs for LUCA and Bàcaro restaurants as well as setting up the successful private client sales business for Premier Wines. Cheryl is excited to realise her lifetime dream by bringing her extensive wine knowledge, network and hospitality experience to her own business.

    With a remarkable 14-year journey across India, the United States, and Grand Cayman, Pawan is a seasoned hospitality expert. Upon his arrival in Cayman in 2014, Pawan's Cayman story commenced at LUCA restaurant, where his dedication led to his elevation as a sommelier overseeing the wine program. Venturing further, Pawan embraced the role of sommelier and assistant restaurant manager at Agua restaurant in 2017. To enrich his expertise, Pawan honed his skills as a sommelier at the prestigious Michelin-starred and Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Fiola and Fiola Mare restaurants in Washington D.C. Pawan holds a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, WSET Level 3 qualification, and proudly carries certification from The Court of The Master Sommeliers Americas.

    Liz Flamini was born and raised outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her passion for all things Italian brought her to B&B Ristorante in Las Vegas before returning home to Philadelphia to work with Marc Vetri. As Wine Director of Osteria, Liz received Wine Spectator's Rising Star & Best of Awards and made the Philadelphia Top 25 for many years. In 2015 Liz was selected as one of 12 sommeliers in the world to be an ambassador of Barolo & Barbaresco at Grandi Langhe in Alba, Italy. Following her time at Vetri, Liz joined the team at Pizzeria Beddia as lead sommelier, earning Esquire Magazine's Best New Restaurant award in 2019. She enjoys cooking, horseback riding and her Papillon, Batman.
